To invite a new employee: Open Administration → Collaborators. Click Invite Collaborator. Enter the employee’s information. Provide a valid email address. Select their role. Configure permissions. If applicable, define their commission percentage. Available roles may include: Manager Kitchen Staff / Chef Cashier Order Operator Waiter Each role has different permissions, allowing you to control exactly what each employee can view or manage. Instead, they use the dedicated Hestaurant Collab mobile application, available in the major app stores.
